Individual Approach to Every Customer

Being a company known for its dynamic development and long-term strategy, we take special care over developing mutually beneficial and convenient cooperation conditions. This is only possible through application of unified standard conditions in working with all of our partners. That's why STA Logistic implements a number of marketing technologies, like satisfaction surveys, loyalty campaigns, “personal manager, etc. aimed at creating unique and customized cooperation conditions.

Application of Service Quality Standards

The company has developed both, the quality standards for contractor cooperation, and internal standards related to personnel qualifications. In order to practice the agreed customer and contractor cooperation quality criteria, our employees have to take over 30 specialized courses and tests prior to starting their work and gaining access to partner cooperation.

Information Support

Implementation of the new information system based on MS Dynamics AX platform will help us achieve a new higher-quality level with respect to using, registering and processing all the data related to the orders placed by our customers, exchanging documents, effecting settlements with contractors and other operations.

We also plan to implement a "personal account" project that would enable our Customers to find the most detailed data about our cooperation in a special secure section of our portal at any time.

Documenting

We clearly and explicitly document all of our agreements with contractors starting from the inquiry stage and up until the development of a commercial proposal. This often requires additional time resources, and at times causes dissatisfaction of our contractors’ contact persons. However, experience shows that when problems occur it is this approach that helps us to maintain confidence in the quality and reliability of the services rendered to our customers. According to the recent studies, we execute 98% of all orders without additional agreements and complications.

Selective Approach

The company applies the selectivity principle within the scope of the risk management program. We do not enter deals, on which we are unable to deliver. Neither do we undertake obligations, for which we can bear no responsibility. We select our contractors thoroughly based on a well developed system of grades.

Development and Improvement

In constantly improving our own activities, we better not only the key business processes, but also the auxiliary ones. For example, we seek new solutions in the field of settlements, risk insurance and data transmission. This approach makes it possible for us to provide our customers with cheaper and more reliable solutions to logistics problems by bringing our own expenses to a very minimum.
