STA Logistic Company pays much attention to the quality of provided services. As the practice shows, in conditions of tough competition on the logistic market, more and more customers chose the logistic partner, which can deliver the cargo to the destination place without any delays and damages, and at the same time to provide the customer with the sufficient information during the fulfillment of the order.
Last year Quality Committee began operating at STA Logistic Company, which consists of the top managers and the directors of the company. Quality Committee has been created to consolidate, find solutions and settle disputes connected with the quality of the services provided to the customers of STA logistic Company on the regular basis. Also STA Logistic Company not for the first time measures the quality of provided services – it keeps records of the share of the freight on the regular basis, fulfilled without any problems or inconveniences made by STA Logistic (including the third parties – carriers– attracted by the Company) from the general quantity of performed transportations.
As it has been already mentioned, in 2010 98,32% of all cargo transportations had been made without any problems, caused by faulty actions or inactions of STA Logistic Company and by attracted contractors. In 2011 this indicator has become even better and now we can say it loudly that together with the increase in volumes of the services, provided by STA Logistic in 2011, we can see the raise in its quality: 98,71% of the general quantity of provided services has not brought complains from our Customers. The main indicator of the improvement of the quality of STA Logistic has become the increase in the quantity of good recalls with the intention to continue partnership with our Company, even in the case the offers of our competitors are much better financially.
Our Company is not intended to stop on the reached level and we are going to improve the quality of provided services in the current year. We understand, of course, that the final level of the quality depends on work of our contractors, which physically provide certain services, so the direction of STA Logistic made decision to create the basic requirements to the contactors of the Company and made them public.
