1. Individual approach to each client As a developing company, pursuing long-term plans, we by all means care about high level of business reputation. This makes us offer an attentive, benevolent, professional and really individual approach in servicing our clients. 2. Quality standards for servicing clients Applying an individual approach with respect to each client, we also dispose of standards, used for providing typical services. Our clients are able to choose one of the standards proposed, or communicate their own requirements and wishes. 3. Information support We give a lot of attention to information support of our clients as long as orders are executed. It enables them to plan their resources and activities almost on-line. 4. Document issuance Accurate and univocal record of our contracts with counterparties is time-consuming and sometimes causes discontent of their contact persons. Experience shows, though: it is due to this approach that nobody loses in case of eventual problem situations. 5. Selective approach Gaining revenue and profits is not the only goal of our Company. The major aim consists in providing qualitative and perfect services for our clients. We are obliged to follow the principle of selectivity. We do not undertake deals that we are not able to execute. We will not promise anything if we can't keep these promises. The selection of contractors is based upon numerous criteria. 6. Development and improvement Constantly improving our activities, we ameliorate both major and collateral business processes. For example, we find up-to-date payment solutions, concerning payment, risk insurance and transfer of information. This allows offering both price-oriented solutions of logistic tasks due to cost optimization and more reliable ones. 7. We speak the language of our clients Speaking different European languages, we are able to communicate professionally with any client or counterparty. 8. We are in charge of the prices we quote As for quoting prices for our services, we adhere to the principle "price follows the equal mark". This means that even with respect to the preliminary phase we call our quotation as an "idea of price". It is only upon ascertaining all the nuances affecting order execution and its conditions that we communicate the price in the commercial offer or in the order confirmation which are always made in a written form. 9. We consider ourselves to be part of our clients' business activities Striving to become part of clients' activities (their logistic systems), we adhere to a sincere and honest approach. We expect our clients to specify most severe requirements to our activities! We are ready to meet them!
