It’s not a secret that Game - is an imitation of a reality where it is possible, using various techniques and methods to try itself in various roles, to estimate and weigh results, to learn about itself and colleagues a lot of news and all of this to consider, to not admit similar mistakes in a reality. In fact today knowledge and skills of employees are one of the major actives of the Company. Searching of the most effective way of interaction of the personnel causes in constant carrying out of such training programs and our Company supports this idea successfully!
On Saturday on March, 22nd employees of STA Logistic have taken part in the Big game! It consisted of two parts-games, Vladimir Tarasova's author's development: "the Blocks and the Unions" and "Management from any point".
Business game "the Blocks and the Unions" is intended in development of skills of successful arrangements on the conclusion of time blocks and the steady unions with business partners in conditions of presence of competitive attitudes and also duly reorientation to other partners in cases of behavior previous. The idea of game consists of each of commands, having an opportunity to communicate with others only on means of post correspondence, should agree any methods, using both monetary motivation, and threats about discrepancy of a given out estimation to the organizer of game. Successful negotiations, an opportunity to bribe or co-operate with other commands allows a command to receive not only high estimations to win game, but also to earn money - STAsics!
Business game "Management from any point". There is such popular wisdom: "the Stone laying on road operates a cart". If to look at mutual relations in business-environment we’ll collide with opinion that the organization the first head (the general director, the president and so forth) or a certain collective body (board of directors, general meeting of shareholders and so forth) operates. Appreciably it is right but nevertheless - not quite. Anyhow its workers but also many members of their families, clients take part in management of the organization - everyone in any measure renders on it administrative influence. And if this influence appears skillfully enough its relative density considerably increases. Theoretically, any organization can be operated from any point (from any social, official or "geographical" position) - all depends only on personal administrative art of the person who has solved such management to carry out.
Game "Management from any point" is intended to develop and estimate skills of its participants to operate from any role position the events developed in game space which represents imitation of the state with its all controls and authorities, businessmen and industrial activity. The basic criteria of success of each of participants correspond vital, i.e. to earn as it is possible money, to eat, having kept that the life and health, and the most important - to render personal influence on destiny of the country!
As a result, having led all the day in game processes, roles and schemes, nobody has remained without impressions and emotional splash! Many have born for themselves new outlooks on life, as for example what to dream to be easy the President, and here to appear on its place and to operate the whole country - very heavy work. Thus, imitate problem situations and having found outputs and decisions a trial and error method, we not only have learned to operate truly, to operate from any points, to form the unions, not having soiled the reputation, we have made our interaction by even more effective, and work with our clients - even more successful!
