We'll evaluate your order
To get a job at STA Logistic
Every importer out there has undoubtedly faced the challenge of selecting the right supplier. Be it uncertainty as to the plant's ability to execute your order, factory defects, poor packaging quality and related damage, insufficient selection or other complications - pitfalls could be hidden all over the place.
In order to solve or prevent these or similar issues, we offer our customers a number of services related to supply chain management, as well as various types of inspections.
These include:
Following are the types of inspections we offer:
Factory Quality Audit (FQA)
This type of audit is designed to determine whether a manufacturer is able to produce the required amount of goods of a certain quality. FQA is conducted with respect to the quality management system, assembly line, testing and inspection procedures, number of staff, devices, equipment, etc.
IPI - Initial Production Inspection (Components, Materials, Packaging, Equipment)
This type of inspection is conducted at the very beginning of the manufacturing process and is designed to make sure that the manufacturer has correctly implemented the requirements, specifications and conditions set out by the customer. IPI is for the most part focused on the materials and components to be used in production, as well as on the accessories and packaging materials. Thus, this type of inspection is used as a preventive mechanism and is meant to decrease the probability of defects and errors in further production.

OQI - Online Quality Inspection = ILC - In-line Control
This type of inspection is conducted at the stage when 20% of the products are finished. What we check here is whether all the requirements are met in production, including the recommendations and drawbacks detected during IPI. The manufacturer should also consider the recommendations and drawbacks pointed out by the inspector for the remaining 80% of the products.

PSI – Pre Shipment Inspection
PSI is conducted at the stage, when 80% of the products are finished and packaged. Product samples are randomly collected for inspection according to the AQL standards. The conclusion is then drawn as to whether the manufacturing process took place in compliance with the requirements, conditions and specifications of the customer.

CLI - Container Loading Inspection = Loading Supervision
This type of inspection is held directly at the stage of loading the freight into containers. The inspector visually checks the number of packages, as well as the package and container integrity, along with selectively assessing the quality of products contained in the package. Also checked is compliance with the agreed loading scheme.
